From the inception Dr. Sharma's concept was not only to practice medical profession but to serve the society in the same field. He wanted to see that every individual is protected. His aim is to bring down the prices of medical facilities to make them affordable for developing communities. He was a member at Udaipur chamber of Commerce and Industry and in 1993 became Medical Officer at distinguished Bombay Hospital, Mumbai. Promoted as CMO (1994-1995) , OSD to Medical Director (1996-98) .With a thought to serve his own people he moved to his home town ,Udaipur in 1999 and served as MD at Udaipur Hospital Pvt. Ltd. till 2006. He also set out his services as Convener at Jeevan Jyoti Bal Nirakshit Grah ,Udaipur since 2001.Director at Health Care Consultancy Services ,he also owns marble mines since 2008. A part of his personality diverted towards politics, he was elected as Vice President,Field Club ,Udaipur in 2008-09.Charter President at Lions Club ,Udaipur (2009-11).He could'nt stop his engrossment in working for society so was again appointed as Hon. Secretary ,Field Club , Udaipur (2009-12).Secretary at Raj Rajeshwari Education and Research Society (2008-18) ,an ogranisation working in different fields in society.An extremely sharp and quick witted individual he also became Vice Chairman ,R.R.
